VBA and ITIL & Excel based reports.
Possess a very strong experience in Data Analysis (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau), Migration and Integration (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and INFORMATICA Power Centre)
Possess working experience in AWS Concepts, RDS Console, Database/AWS instance Migration using Snapshots and S3 Bucket.
Has excellent Object-Oriented Programming knowledge.
Expertise in HP Service Centre, Asset Centre, My Request, HP DW Engine ITIL, EXCEL, and TEXT based data
analysis, ETL operation among different formats to SQL DB and EXCEL and SSRS reporting. Expertise in analysis and reporting Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Capacity Management, ITSC Management Reports (ITIL)
Sound technical knowledge of database management and reporting

I can work on a Project Basis, Hourly basis as well in Dedicated Hiring basis.
