. I just recently resigned from my work as a Customer Insight Analyst for a telecommunication company based in Australia. Before that, I worked as a Customer Service to Energy Company in Texas in which I handled Voice and Email support. On this job, I have learned how to adapt to the culture of foreign people. I was able to build connection and learn how to communicate well. After that, I became a part of the Sales Industry. It was a Chat Sales Support for Computer brand in the US. After a year I was transferred to Order Retention Team, we call customers who canceled their orders and try to reprocess it for them. We also probe on why it was canceled and try to match the price they saw online. It was for a good 5 years, and I have learned a lot of Sales strategies, build connection and sell according to what the customers need. My most recent job was with the Australian Company which was for both Customer Service and Sales. I learned to build rapport with the customer for them to be comfortable in telling me a story about their lifestyle so then we will be able to execute Resolution Selling. With Resolution Selling we are able to come up with the product that best suits the customer depends on what they need and what they do on a daily basis.
