Am expert in customer service/phone handling/admin support and sales
I started My BPO Last 2007 as a customer service representative with Sutherland Global Services started as an agent took calls for 2 months, got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert (Sales coach) focused on doing training and sending updates with regard to the status of our account, I took a home based job as an appointment setter for a roofing company for 8 months I really loved the experienced and was effective in hitting my quotas, I transferred to a different company VXI Davao as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T we provide technical support to all our customers who are having problem with their equipments and connections, been therefor a year and a half. I've also experienced being a sales representative from different companies, I believe with all my experiences am equipped to do any task and learn things needed for me to be efficient, I would like to share all my best practices to be part of your company's success.
