My 6 years at a fast pace and high-pressured environment (BPO) have taught me attention to detail, flexible, resilience and talking to irate customers have taught me patience and be more professional. I have extensive customer service support experience in handling multi-national clients. My unique professional experience stems from years of providing excellent customer support, creative problem solving and building customer loyalty.

I enrolled myself in a boot camp in order to learn some of the responsibilities of a Virtual Assistant. I learned how to do Email Management, Calendar Management, Office Applications such as (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slides and Forms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet Research, basic Social Media Management and product listing on eBay and Amazon.

I've been working as a freelancer for two years already and can say that I already gained experience from it and I will use them to help you in your business.
