Having a 5 Years Experience in Customer Service and one of the Top Performer Global Chat Expert from my previous company (Concentrix/Convergys), helped me know my purpose in life. Not just by providing an excellent customer service, but through helping one another. I was able to share my knowledge and best practices when it comes to handling customers through chat to the people that are new to outsourcing world. It's a great accomplishment for me knowing that it's not really my forte, but I did very well. "You'll never know what it's worth it until you give it a try".

Also, I have experience in processing orders like adding programming packages and services to customer's account and delivering it through UPS and USPS that's why I already know how it works.

I can work in flexible time 40 hours per week. I am negotiable on price and available for new projects anytime. Delivering high-quality results while meeting strict deadlines is my top priority.
