My main objective is to be more excellent and effective to any task or development designate by the firm according to the implemented discipline and procedures.

I worked as customer support in a mall for a year and 3 years as a contact center agent. As customer support we listen and give them all the help that they need to fully resolve their issues and concerns.

I started as sales agent in a contact center , we offer and sell things that will really suit our client's needs, After a year I became a level 2 technical support, this department not only manages technical stuff about gadgets and connectivity but also handles complaints, we go beyond our scope and organize appointment or additional support to fully solve any problem.

My recent experience is a customer service, we deal with complaints so we provide necessary support in resolving issues but we also sell or offer products that can help our clients. I monitor and make sure that everything was recorded properly for future reference.
