I am an individual with an insatiable appetite for excellence, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and who above all other things treasures integrity, commitment and humility.

I am a Bachelor’s degree holder in Education, specializing in the teaching of English and Literature. I am also certified by the Cisco Networking Academy, having completed the Cisco Computer Networking Academy (CCNA) 1 and 2 modules. I am also certified as a transcriptionist, after successfully completing training at Adept Technologies Ltd.

I have one and a half years experience working as a certified teacher of English and Literature, and as a transcriptionist for two months. In my experience as a teacher and transcriptionist, I have developed my communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to help me relate better with clients and meet clients’ demands effectively. I also have achieved a consistent speed of 40 words per minute in transcription.

I have an innate understanding of Microsoft Office and transcription software such as Express Scribe and Inqscribe. I revel in helping others achieve success; an individual who is able to work in challenging environments with little to no supervision, guaranteed to produce the best results. I also aim to gain and apply knowledge, skills and experience, with the objective of providing practical solutions to problems and accelerate the attainment of institutional goals.

Work Terms
