Seasoned HR Executive seeking assignment assisting organizations transition through Human Resource issues, including but not limited to contract negotiations, benefit plan rollouts, hiring

Local, divisional and corporate level experience in HR in manufacturing and wholesale business arenas. Looking to assist organizations through periods of transition or specific need. I am a firm believer that an employee has four basic questions when starting a job. First, what is the job that they are being hired for require in terms of engagement. Second, what training is the newly hired employee going to receive to make sure that they are successful in the performance of their job. Third, what is the strategic direction that the organization is taking. Fourth, if the employee and the organization are successful in achieving the goals set forth, what is in it for the employee. It is the job of the management team to provide it to not only the newly hired employee, but to all employees.
My experience in negotiations is not only at the bargaining table, but also with vendors in the areas of benefits and programs.
I have demonstrated success in building recruiting programs that meet the needs of the organization and are cost effective in nature.

Work Terms

Hours of work are not an issue. Am willing to travel if necessary and also can work from home in a consulting type arrangement. Expect to be compensated in an ongoing basis, as opposed to the end of the project, but am willing to negotiate these conditons
