I am managing a team of analysts focusing on Design for Measurably for USAA’s key strategic programs and projects. The team uses exploratory data analysis (EDA), test and control, and post implementation performance assessments to ensure ROI measurement and optimize USAA’s strategic investments. Previously I managed a team of analysts working on large scale analytics programs for Deposit Products and Local Market Financial and Wealth centers. Using advanced proprietary cross-channel datawarehouses, and industry tools such as SAS, TeaLeaf, Tableau, Adobe Data Work Bench and Site Catalyst we provide the analytics to assess strategic opportunities and improve our relationship to our members.

I have permission from USAA’s Ethics Office to provide independent consulting related to my analytics skill set provided it is on my own time and of course doesn’t involve suppliers or competitors. This provides me an opportunity to leverage my 20 years of digital analytics experience and my knowledge as one of the few web analysts certified by the Digital Analytics Association.
