I am a professional who is capable in delivering quality service as virtual assistant and customer service representative.

Hi I am Gerald! I desire to submit my proposal and application as a data encoder; data management, customer service and a virtual assistant . Just a quick introduction, I am a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and currently taking my master's degree in Business Administration. I worked as a customer service associate in a renowned business process outsourcing company. Where I learned my skills in customer service and enhanced my communication skills. In addition, I also worked as an office staff in a hotel where my jobs are to multitask in clerical, Encoding, report filing and taking calls . I also handle web searching and social media management for the company's promotion. I am computer literate and using words , spreadsheets ,power point and social media apps are my vital tools in operation.
