I have spent the past four years working in the BPO industry. I started as a Customer Service Representative and later became a peer coach. While working at night, I also worked as a part-time process documenter/transcriptionist. I quit both of the jobs and decided to start my freelancing venture early this year.
Recently, I've handled one of the Amazon stores. I was in charge of the drop-shipping product listing, deleting products that are no longer profitable in the market and researching profitable products.
I am a highly trainable, fast learner and have strong attention to detail. With my work experience, I am positive that I can do the job flawlessly.
