A person with "Can Do, Will Do" attitude who always strives for excellence - this is me.

I have been a virtual assistant for more than 1 year. I have assisted my clients in managing their calendars, day-to-day tasks, upkeep of virtual files, creating documents and creative designs for posters and flyers and some cold calling. I have also experience in E-Commerce where I did product listing and descriptions. Most of my work experience was being a team leader and a customer service representative in 7 years. I have managed a team which main goal is to ensure that customer's invoices are up to date. My tasks includes sending invoices, accepting inbound and doing outbound calls to collect for debt and do up-selling or side selling, create and present reports to clients, coach and mentor my direct reports. I am also responsible in recruitment of people to be included in a certain project or campaign.
My passion is mentoring others and sharing my best practices, thus I always strive to learn new things that will enhance my abilities and skills.
I love reading books and educational blogs, watching v-logs about several "how to" and spending time with my kids.
I was in corporate world for 7 years and decided to work home-based so I can control my time and spend most of it with my family.

Work Terms

I am flexible to work anytime you require. My rate depends on the job you offer although my average minimum rate is $3 USD per hour. I am a high believer of open communication, hence you can reach me out in several ways - be in Skype, e-mail, Hang-outs, just name it!
