My work history covers an array of job functions that have given me
invaluable experience and allowed me to learn in both the private
sector and corporate. I have worked in multiple industries:
construction, finance, production, retail and entertainment – all of
which have provided critical insights into these different fields. Beyond
my official responsibilities, I have also taken on unofficial roles like
managing teams, running projects, Customer Experience Analytics and
being a product owner of IVR. My current role has also allowed me to
place more focus on strategic work like building and implementing
customer experience strategies and contributing to the successful
delivery of strategically imperative initiatives.
I have leveraged the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute
effectively. I have developed the technical skills to support, guide and
understand my team.
Additionally, I take pride in my role as an ACX Mentor - to guide others in
their customer experience journey: whether inside MultiChoice, general
guidance to other companies, or people working their way through their
customer experience journeys.

Work Terms

I work under strict NDA and will not share any previous clients' work, but I will happily demo some of my private creations on a live call.
