Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Available Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UTC)
Weekend availability for urgent projects or by prior arrangement
Payment Terms:

Project-based or hourly rates, depending on the project's scope and nature
50% upfront payment for project-based work, with the remainder due upon completion
For hourly projects, billing is done weekly with payment due within 7 days of invoice issuance
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods
No refunds for completed work; adjustments or corrections can be made as per the agreed project scope
Preferred Communication:

Email for official communication and detailed project discussions
Slack or Microsoft Teams for ongoing project communication and quick updates
Zoom or Google Meet for meetings and project briefings
Response time: Within 24 hours during business days
Project Management:

Use of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira for task tracking and progress updates
