I have worked in the call center industry for 7 years now and most part of my job is to do outbound calls for sales and healthcare and I also have customer service experience.
Aside from that, I have worked as a Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter for a Real Estate in the US which has given me more knowledge and a big add-on to my expertise I am also capable of setting up schedules for customers or prospect individuals, updating notes, and calling leads from the CRM provided.
I feel that I can add professionalism and accuracy to your current team of professionals. And yes, I am a tiger. By that, it means I can take directions well, can finish a heavy workload, and complete projects under minimal supervision.
