I am in the customer service field for more than 5 years, serving excellence and bringing in success to my clients and their business/organization. I am a BS Tourism Management degree holder and I graduated with flying colors.
I first dipped my toe in the service field at the tender age of 19 years old. Juggling work and college all at the same time - I work at night and study in the day. I worked as a customer service champion for Uber. As a customer service champion, I am responsible in bringing in 90% satisfaction from riders into our company.
After a year, I left Uber and joined the Tourism Industry; specifically the MICE Industry as an Events Sales Executive. My responsibility as a Sales Executive is to bring in clients, retain clients and effectively sell our venue to be able to meet quotas and increase revenues.
Now, I joined the freelancing industry as I find it very challenging and worthwhile since a lot of brand-new things can be learned and done. I must say that I crave new knowledge and experience. This is also a great platform to share my skill set that I've honed for the last 5 years.
What's more is that I am currently taking an IELTS review in preparation for the incoming exam. I have a great command in English in four aspects: Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening. This, I believe, make my client's life easier since there are no communication and language barrier.
