In a world of ubiquitous information, compelling content has never been so important. Prospective clients, shareholders and employees must all be nurtured with the right information, through the right channels, at the right time. Engaging our target audiences is a question of understanding their concerns and anticipating their information needs, at every stage of the buying cycle and their journey through it.
From purchasing and inventory management for manufacturing (dealing with tool and partmakers as well as sourced suppliers), through marketing of consumer goods (B2B2C), communication within and without the company environment (B2B), working across cultures and functions, my own foundation of understanding is solid.
To this base, I add technical, market and field knowledge, coaxed from those who own it, and consolidated from research and analysis, to establish strongly customer-focused communications.
Perfectly bilingual in English and French, and rooted in European, Asian and North American cultures, I am able to communicate consistently and coherently across borders, resonating with target audiences of disparate geographical, and functional, cultures.
