Seasoned Consultant
I am an online veteran with 9 years of product and online marketing experience. In that time, I have hired and managed search engine marketing teams, developed self-enrollment customer acquisition programs and managed e-mail marketing campaigns. I have managed product, operations and content teams and have just completed a consulting project with an interactive agency on how to build an e-commerce product through affiliate programs.
In my most recent full time position, I joined a company just post Series A funding and built a Product and Operations team.
As as a consultant I have done strategic analysis and developing online website marketing plans for both publishers and advertisers. Projects have included an entry plan into the local search market, an expansion plan for an online marketing agency, a revenue plan for a niche movie magazine moving online and the development of a community site with an e-commerce revenue model.

Work Terms
I like to work interactively with my clients and at a minimum have a 2 - 3 hour session (in person if local) to understand the business and outline the project. Clients should be available by phone or email to answer questions with a 24 hour response time.
I will work on either an hourly or a fixed rate basis, whichever is more appropriate for the project. In order to begin a project I require a 50% retainer or $1,500.
