I can also be your customer service representative that answers customer queries, tracks orders and check and validate product warranties through Reamaze. I can also process customers' refunds through Shopify. I can also respond to customers' reviews through Shopper Approved.

I can do multi-tasking as well. In my previous work, I was a Front Desk Agent and at the same time a Telephone Operator and a Cashier. I can also work under pressure. I know how to manage my time by making a to-do list so that I will be able to accomplish tasks during my work schedule.With my experience as an Audit Officer, I can do some accounting work such as doing a statement of account for your customers.
