Barcelo, I worked as a CSR in Walmart Canada for there retail account my job mainly focus on checking the status of cx's orders, follow ups to warehouse, process refunds I used to work in Expedia US as a Telesales Agent. I am currently working as an Accounting Virtual Assistant.
