Translator - Customer Service
I’m a native Spanish speaker, I grew up in Dominican Republic, I started studying English when I was 5 years old and graduated when I was 14.
I studied advertisement in a Dominican university and payed for my education by working in different call centers as a Customer service representative, education representative and QA. I recently worked at a hotel in which I was in charge or translating administrative documents from English to Spanish or from Spanish to English when required by my manager, I also acted as a translator for some of our non-Spanish speaking guests when needed.
I’ve been working in Customer service since I was 17 and I am a very punctual, responsible and a hard worker. I look forward to working with you!
