I worked as a call center agent for seven years (Team Leader Assistant, Customer Service Representative/ Telemarketer / Technical Support) I provide customer service, assisting people to resolve their inquiries or issues. I have broad experience in handling phone calls (incoming or outgoing calls) I also do sales support (providing and searching better options, product, or services for the customers), processing sales and changing customers information on the database. I do follow up through email. I do data entry as well specifically in searching customers information transferring details to Excel file; I do online research for accurate information.
