Universal Agent
I have been in BPO for almost seven years and two months. I have been with different accounts that's why I am labeled as one of the Universal Agent. I have been with customer service,sales and I have been consistently a top seller. I also have experience in Sales, order entry, order processing. I also have a little background on technical account like troubleshooting phones,cable, and internet service. Also, I have been with billing for like 2 years, so with my experience with billing, this is the most complicated and hard account. You will get to work with different personalities of a customer. It's a non-voice account where we deal with the customers through chat and emails. I have experienced in cold-calling where we set appointments and generating leads for the client. I have also been a part time ESL teacher where I teach Chinese students. Currently I am working part time as a Virtual Assistant mostly doing admin works for a client. I have knowledge on RingCentral, JotForms, Trello, Hubspot CRM, Hubstaff,Ontraport, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Google Drive and many more applications for Virtual Assistant. I know with all of my work experiences, this will be a great platform to showcase my skills.
Work Terms
I can work anytime. Prefer to be paid through Paypal or Xoom. I can use Skype, Google Hangouts, Ringcentral or Magic Jack for communication.
