Over the past more than 20 years, I have helped various nonprofits secure more than $21 million in funding and am confident I can add your organization to my growing list of grant recipients
For more than 20 years, I have helped nonprofits, local governments, and for profit businesses develop and implement strategic plans; manage multimillion dollar projects; implement training initiatives; prepare business plans and grant proposals; conduct donor research; develop program evaluations; and qualify for tax exempt (501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service. Some of my most notable achievements include the following:
• Awarded $2.1 million in U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding for Lead Hazard Control Program;
• Awarded $100,000 National Institutes of Health Small Business Innovation Research (NIH-SBIR) grant;
• Established an In-kind Donation program that yielded more than $100,000 in donations in less than six months;
• Awarded $303,000 in United States Department of Agriculture funding.
• Assisted East Carolina University in receiving a $400,000 Community Outreach Partnership Grant from HUD;
• Completed a $500,000 Capital Campaign; and
• Secured a $189,000 Shelter Plus Care grant to provide housing for the homeless.
Work Terms
Payment terms are that I prefer fixed rate projects in which customers pay for each deliverable, with the price of each deliverable having been negotiated and agreed upon prior to starting. However, I will accept hourly rate jobs at the rate of $30 per hour but fixed rate jobs assure you of not going over budget.
