Experienced, Innovative, Development Executive
Formerly VP of Organizational Development at Loras College, Bentley received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Ohio University and a doctoral degree in behavioral science from The Ohio State University. She has also held positions as Executive Director of the Innovation and Learning Center for GenSpring Family Office and as Chief Learning Officer within other well-known organizations such as Anchor Hocking Corporation, Seattle First National Bank, Bath & Body Works, and Miller Brewing Company. While at Bath & Body Works, she served as a loaned executive to The Ohio State University to establish The Ohio Principals Leadership Academy, a leadership development program for Ohio’s K-12 principals. A Principal with William Mercer Consulting, she has also worked as an independent consultant to Second City Communications in Chicago. She was National President of the American Society for Training and Development, receiving the Gordon M. Bliss Memorial Award, the Society’s top honor.
Work Terms
Negotiable hourly or flat-rate based on project complexity and schedule. Coverage for travel and expenses is required, if necessary.
