Work Terms

Availability:
I am available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Nigerian Time and can accommodate urgent tasks if required, with prior notice.

Communication:
I am accessible via Guru messages, email, and other communication platforms as needed (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp). I prioritize timely and clear communication to ensure alignment on project goals.

Turnaround Time:
Depending on the complexity of the project, most tasks will be completed within 24–48 hours for daily posts, up to a week for comprehensive campaigns.

Payment Terms:
All payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system. I work on an hourly rate, milestone-based payments, or flat-fee per project. Invoices will be sent upon project completion or at the end of each milestone.

Revisions:
I offer two free revisions per deliverable to ensure your satisfaction. Any additional revisions will be charged at my hourly rate.

Ownership of Work:
Upon full payment, all content, graphics, and materials created will be transferred to you, with full rights for use across your social media platforms.

Confidentiality:
All client information and projects are handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared without prior consent.
