I am also a website tester, I mainly do testing of an app or a website to know how better it performs its usability and if it was a user-friendly interface, I create a review and give a feedback to the developer to improve the website. I also look for bugs and errors/glitches to maintain the stability of website and alert the developer from time to time.

I also have an experience inline with Customer Service, I am a skilled Technical Support, with a year of experience in a Telco Account(Voice). I supported One of the biggest telco accounts in the US. I am familiar with different kinds of gadgets, terminal networks, IOT, Routers, Wifi and other technology devices. and I have a very strong background on how to effectively communicate with customers as I was trained thoroughly by providing an excellent customer service satisfaction.
