Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 6pm, 2:00am-5:00am WAT
Saturday-Sunday: 12:00m - 3:00pm, 2:00am - 5:00am WAT

Payment methods: Bank transfer and credit cards

Late payment fee: 2% per hour

Additional work terms:
Turnaround time: I will efficiently complete all projects within 5 business days or a week
Revisions: I include 2 revisions in the project scope. Additional revisions will be billed at $20
Cancellation policy: If the client cancels the project, I will retain 50% of the total project fee, If the project is cancelled after a week, the client will be responsible for paying 70% of the total project fee.
Rush Fee: A rush fee of 45% will apply to projects requiring completion within 48 hours. Also, a rush fee of 60% will apply to projects requiring completion within 24 hours.
Scope Creep: Any changes to the project scope will require separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
File format: I will deliver final files in PDF, DOCX, JPEG or in any site of your choice.
Ownership: The client retains ownership of all final files and content. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio
Confidentiality: I will maintain confidentiality and not share any client information or materials with third parties.
