I have been providing Virtual Assistant and Customer Support to small businesses and I understand what it requires. I have managed Shopify and Amazon stores. I mostly do Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Product Research, Customer Support and Social Media Support which revolves around the accuracy of reports and information. I do a lot of research on a daily basis searching for the best products and suppliers for my clients. This is the kind of environment where there is no room for mistakes.
