I have been a Customer Service Representative with over six years of experience in telephone service, including Tech Support, and Customer Care. I have an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty. I am also a Virtual Assistant for the past eight months now.
