I am currently a quality assurance analyst in one of the most prestigious BPO company in the City. I've been with the company for almost 5 years now. My Job consist of listening to calls and communicating feedback, data analysis, correlate Quality and Csat scores as well as identifying specific procedure that can help the account.
Work Terms
I can work part time 2-3 hours in a day, preferably around 8-10PM CST. I prefer an hourly rate and payments to be sent through western union or directly to my account.
