Hello! I'm Grace. I've been working with Amazon for 3 years as Amazon Seller Support. I have been trained on how to fix inactive listings, create shipments, reconcile missing or damaged units in the warehouse, add listings, create variations and more. After that 3 years, I decided to resign and work-from-home. I worked as a Virtual Assistant helping my clients manage their Amazon Seller Central Accounts, using my expertise above. I've also been answering customer inquiries, add listings, create variations, optimize listings, order stocks from China to replenish stocks, create multiple shipments, inventory management, create promotions, apply Brand Registry, create/enhance brand content and so many more. Work Terms
I can work 5 hours a day with a weekly payment, I prefer communicating through Slack/FB messenger/Skype or via email depending on my client's convenience.
