Hi, I am Grace Manguray, 27 years of age. I am a graduate of Marketing Management at University of Saint La Salle- Bacolod.
I am currently working as a customer service representative and a product lister in an e-commerce business. I used to do email support, chat/call support, I also do tracking of orders, refunds, cancellation and data entries.
I have also worked as a lead generation specialist. Generating leads through calling a prospects whom might be interested in selling their properties. Gathering data's about the prospect seller and other information about the properties.
I have worked as an order purchaser in an Amazon business account. I also do email support in which I am responsible in replying to customer basic queries. I also do assist in cancellations, authorized request, generate labels and listing of items being sold by my client. And I also have knowledge in doing graphic design using Canva.
I have the expertise of managing events and people that would help in the process of setting meetings and coordinating with different people. I also have the expertise in dealing with money and doing paper works. Through my on the job training and experience, I have gained the ability of managing events for marketing, managing people, can work in minimum supervision and under pressure and be willing to work at any given time.
Determination, patience, flexibility and organizational skills are some of the characteristics that I possess that can provide a great deal for your company. I believe that I can do more aside from the given task. My outward personality can as well be a great advantage on coping with my future co-workers that can lead to a better working environment in the organizations.

Work Terms
I can work 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of $10.
Payment will be weekly, will be directly sent to my bank account.
