Grace is the ultimate professional. Her skills to complete our job were superior and anything she wasn't sure about, she quickly researched and provided answers. She took ownership of the job and I immediately had the feeling she was a part of our team. She also provided suggestions and ideas that went well above our expectations of her. Grace helped us connect a vendor purchased database to Access and her skills far surpassed the dismal support we got from our vendor. Great job Grace. We will use you again.
