I'm Grace A. Pelaez, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing Management at Liceo de Cagayan University. Former Branch Accounting Clerk of Ubix Corporation for eight (8)years in service from August 2007 up to September 30, 2015. Branch Administrative Assistant for the Year 2006. And I was a collection Officer when I started my work with the same company from the Year 2001 to 2005 to which I resolved the long overdue accounts from 20% to 1% of the average total of (6) Six million receivables.. And I was being promoted for the said designation. In my 14 years of experience of Administrative support. I learned various task. Such as invoicing of both outright purchase and prepare monthly billings of 300 Rental Accounts, Inventory, Update Sales book daily, prepare Credit Memo and Debit Memo, monitor Accounts Receivables, update client payment, sent Collection letters for long overdue Accounts. Currently I work as a top rated freelancer from other online job website I started part-time job last September 2012 up to present doing various task as Administrative Support and Virtual Assistant such as Payroll Processing, Data Entry via database content, Web Research, Amazon Fashion Jewelry product upload, sending emails, etc. I'm looking for a greener pasture here in guru. I firmly believe that my experienced is a plus. Accounting System operated such as LEGACY system, MYOB system. Tools used Slack, Asana. I'm oriented person, dedicated and have a passion to work into details. My hobbies and interest are socializing with friends and family. Work Terms

I want full-time job from Monday to Friday eight (8) hours daily I appreciate if the time is base in PST. I prefer an hourly rate and my ideal payment terms is weekly. Communication style includes via email, skype chat or call, Asana, Slack and google hang-out. Other social media communication via facebook and linkedIn.
