Brooklyn/Queens Native living in Florida's northern country. I have been an admin since the age of 17, with my first position in a law office. I found that the more experience I had, the more leverage I had at finding my niche. With that being said, I have experience in the medical, accounting, legal, non-profit and financial industries. My most recent position has been in the Transportation & Logistics field as a Fleet Manager. Over the past 5 years I have managed the trucking companies of small business owner, otherwise known as owner operators, and have found them success by negotiating their rates, creating profitable trucking routes, and extensive A/R and A/P. All of my otherwise normal admin skills are still in tact. A relatively fast typist @ 65-70wpm, advanced MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and great on the phones with a great speaking voice. I am bilingual English/Spanish in both speaking and writing. I simply love to learn and helping other with their projects.
Work Terms
I live on the East Coast and am available from 7am-4pm. If you are on the West Coast and prefer I start my day @ 9am your time, I can also make that work. My fee depends on kind of work you need me to do. My hourly rate is between $12-$15 an hour. If you need a break, talk to me about your budget to see if we can make it work. Direct deposit on a weekly basis on Fridays is my preference.
