I worked as an administrative assistant for three years in an I.T company. Some of my roles included;
-Data entry
-Organizing files
-Preparing documents
-Drafting documents
I have great communication and time management skills which means the tasks given to me will be completed in the required time frame. Regardless of the type of work I am given, I value professionalism and confidentiality. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In my last job, the company was struggling to advertise its services. I helped in the production of advertising brochures which attracted numerous clients to the company.
I spend my spare time on my computer surfing the internet, reading, etc.
Work Terms
I am happy to work any time the task /client requires. Even in circumstances where the client lives in a different timezone from me, I will still be able to complete the task in the required timezone/time frame.
I would prefer payments to be made through pay pal, I am however, open to negotiation on the preferred mode of payment by the client.
