Work Terms
At Grana Graphics, we strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all our clients. Here’s how we operate:
Hours of Operation:
We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EAT). We also offer flexibility for clients in different time zones and are open to scheduling calls or meetings outside regular hours when necessary.
Payment Terms:
For all projects, we require a deposit of 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and approval. We accept payments through secure platforms such as PayPal, wire transfers, and other agreed-upon methods. For long-term or ongoing projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged to ensure smooth progress.
Revisions:
We offer up to three rounds of revisions included in the project fee. Additional revisions can be accommodated at a reasonable hourly rate.
Preferred Communication Style:
Clear communication is at the heart of our work process. We prefer clear communication for project details and updates le via phone or video calls for more in-depth discussions. Regular check-ins will be scheduled to ensure the project is progressing smoothly and to align on any changes or feedback.
Turnaround Time:
Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. However, we always aim to deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines and will communicate clearly if additional time is required for revisions or final touches.
