I am based in EST time zone. It is important that technical specifications and acceptance criteria are set clearly. Oftentimes in development, as a feature is developed the stakeholder will want changes. I cannot continue spending hours implementing desired changes for free, but I can assist in providing transparency and clear criteria to make sure you are getting the value you need delivered.
