Grant does a fantastic job in the situation he is in with us. Our communication is the only problem, but that is as much of our creation as his. (It's hard to keep in mind when we have a situation that we are not his only client.

Grant seems to find time to do what needs to be done and still not be in a hurry to leave since the hours he works is varible. We all look forward to his arrival each day since we are always coming up with a new challenge for him.

Grant has been able to come up with ideas to make all of our tasks simpler and less stressful. By finishing programs which were not completely installed and adding small touches to some of the individuals computers.
