Payment is only accepted through direct payment, escrow, or pre-arranged terms. Hourly rates that been already billed will not be refunded. However, the client is never obligated to pay for hours that were not used.*Please note, refunds are only available in full before work has begun. Once mock ups have been created you can receive 1/2 of your escrow back. After a mock up is chosen and any edits have started, no refund is available.
