I have a very long list of experience in Customer Service. I have been working for more almost 20 years now. I started when I was 18 and working part time while finishing my degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
I started with the most basic, raw experience in Customer Service and engaged myself as a service crew in one of the bakeshops here in the Philippines. I fell in love with interacting with people and overcoming fears when it comes to rejection, escalation and irate customers.
After graduating college, I tried different BPO companies catering to different industries and using various platforms of communication such as chat, email, face-to-face and phone calls. I learned a lot and still learning everyday how to interact with people.
Work Terms
I can work part-time or full time depending on the work load and platform. I would prefer a weekly pay out for the job done.
I would like to have a free time and paid depending on the completion rate but an hourly rate with a pliant hours of work would also appeal to me.
