Customer Service
Over the years I've been a customer service representative for voice chat and email support. I am responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellation, and other queries. As a customer service representative I interact with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, I deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
