Gretchen has -- hands down -- the best transcriptionist skills that I've had the pleasure of seeing. She is reliable, consistent and provides a HIGHLY valuable service for us. We tested several transcriptionists, and her work is far superior to other "back-up" transcriptionists we have in queue just
in case the workload gets out of hand. Even if we have to wait a few extra days for a long transcription, I'd rather wait than contract to our back-up options. We will continue to have Gretchen transcribe for us as long as she is able and we have the work for her.
