I had posted a job for an on-site programmer. Gregory responded to the posting and expressed his willingness to perform the job on site. However, he also suggested a trial alternative that wouldn't cost me a penny until I was satisfied that the job could be accomplished remotely. His idea would allow him to work from his office and provided me the ability to watch his progress (and his abilities) remotely. I could take control of the remote system and show him exactly what I was thinking or what I was trying to do in a REAL TIME mode. This remote application allowed me the flexibility to work with Gregory when I was able and stop working at a moments notice. I did not have to wait for Gregory to show up, nor did I have to wait for him to leave my office. We simply schedule a time that both of us would logon to his server. To anyone thinking of having to hire an on-site programmer, I would highly recommend they give Gregory the opportunity to show you his remote application and his programming abilities.
