Work Terms
Our team works Monday through Friday, our core office hours being 10am – 5pm (UTC/GMT +2 hours). Other hours are flexible. We believe that communication is key to success, that's why we respond to our clients' e-mails within 1 business day, are available on Skype during business hours and, if needed, on non-business hours. Our clients' trust is very important to us, so we do not disclose our customers' confidential information to any third parties without their consent. However, we would like to be able to demonstrate the results of our work in our portfolio, as well as to publish white papers and case studies based on the projects we have completed together, if the client doesn't mind. Once the project starts, we will provide you with the access to our issue tracking system, which will contain all tasks related to your project. You will be able to monitor our progress, comment on each issue and report problems yourself, if needed.
