With over three years of experience as the Principal Owner of GSRM Group, a veteran-owned consulting firm, I specialize in delivering innovative risk management solutions for critical infrastructure and supply chains against the malicious use of Autonomous and Remotely Operated Systems (C-AROS). GSRM Group is a leading provider of C-AROS solutions in Canada, serving essential services and sectors that face external threats posed by the rapid integration of AROS technologies.As a Security Risk Management Consultant at CJOC/DRDC, I also contribute to the development and implementation of C-AROS defense strategies and capabilities for the Canadian Armed Forces and NATO. As a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Security and NAU with a Master of Arts in Human Security from Royal Roads University, I have a strong background in security and intelligence analysis, security operations, enterprise and security risk management, whole of government liaison, gender equality, and conflict resolution. I have also acquired multiple certifications in working effectively with Indigenous peoples, Indigenous consultation and engagement, mine action and explosives management, and UN field missions. I have extensive operational experience working in the Middle East, Africa, and Southwest Asia with the Canadian Forces and NATO.
