My name is Gustavo Bedoya, I'm 47 years old, I speak 3 languages, C2-English, Spanish, and some Portuguese. I lived in the United States, in Boca Ratón Florida for 20 years, but at this moment I'm in South America.
I have extensive experience in Call-Centers and recruiting bilingual staff. I was a Supervisor, and a International Call-Center Manager in some of the Campaigns and Call Centers around here, Like Spring Postpaid, AT&T, Comcast, Restaurant.com, Call-Center Assignments Temp, Assurance Wireless, Protect America, ''Body-Health & Weight Control'' and OSM, among others. I was Leading teams with management technical metrics in general "KPIs", COMMERCIAL, TECH SUPPORT and GENERAL SALES, all focused on financial productivity and performance, with several Bilingual campaigns abroad promoting the Company's Products in mission.
I went to college to study International Business Administration. I have had several pieces of training, seminars, and courses, all focusing on customer service, management employees, customers retention, interpersonal leadership, management strategies of Sales, employee motivation, and, Online Social media marketing development systems, among others. I do have a brand new computer, microphone, headset, and a very fast reliable fiber-optic Internet service.
I'm willing to start working right away or when the company requests it!!

I'm willing to work with: Eastern and Central Time hours.
