Work Terms
Welcome to my Guru profile! Here’s an overview of my work terms to ensure a smooth and productive collaboration:
### **Hours of Operation**
I am available to work on projects during the following hours:
- **Monday to Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+5)
- **Sunday:** Closed
If you need to reach me outside of these hours or require urgent assistance, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
### **Payment Terms**
To maintain a clear and efficient process, my payment terms are as follows:
- **Initial Deposit:** A 50% deposit is required to start your project. This deposit confirms your booking and covers the initial phases of the work.
- **Milestone Payments:** For larger projects, payments may be structured around key milestones. Each milestone will be outlined in the project proposal, with payments due upon completion of these stages.
- **Final Payment:** The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the delivery of the final design files.
- **Accepted Payment Methods:** Payments can be made via [Payoneer, bank transfer, credit/debit card,]. If you have a different preferred payment method, please inform me, and we can arrange a suitable alternative.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. In case of project cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
