Work Terms
Work Terms:
Working Hours: I will work for 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
Payment Terms: The client will have 15 or 30 days (as agreed upon) from the date of receipt of the invoice to make the payment. The payment will be made through a mutually agreed-upon payment gateway.
Communication: We will use Slack as our primary mode of communication to ensure efficient and effective communication during the project. We will also schedule regular check-ins to ensure that we are aligned on the project goals and deliverables.
Scope of Work: The scope of work will be clearly defined at the start of the project, and any changes to the scope will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before implementation.
Deliverables: All deliverables will be submitted as per the agreed-upon schedule and in the format specified by the client.
Intellectual Property Rights: The client will retain all intellectual property rights to the work produced during the project. I will not disclose any confidential information or use the work produced for any other purpose without the client's prior written consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with a notice period of one week. In case of early termination, I will be compensated for the work done up until the date of termination.
